Why choose CDI Care?

Schedule appointments online, receive reminder notifications before appointments. Manage reports from your mobile, download and send them directly to your attending physician. Stay updated, receive notifications, communications, and personalized information.

How does CDI Care work?

Access: download the app and log in with your ilmiocdi credentials. If you are a new user, you can register through the app. To access all CDI services, request activation at our locations.

Appointments: in the online booking section, you can select the location, doctor, and available type of visit. You can view active bookings and cancel them. A few days before the visit, you will receive notifications with the appointment reminder and required documentation.

Reports: download reports published within 45 days and send them to your attending physician.

Request the publication of older reports.

Invoices: download your invoices directly to your phone.

Information: within the app, you can read CDI news, service communications, and location information.
